SoliSlab X-Grade

SoliSlab™ products are one of the few monolithic fiber logs available.
SoliSlab™ products are large fiber logs, 152 mm thick, that can be cut and converted into monolithic fiber modules or used as a base for furnaces.

What makes them unique is that our SoliSlab™ is made with our Generation III premium fiber technology, both in refractory ceramic fiber and low biopersistence fiber. As a result, modules based on our SoliSlab™ offer better thermal insulation, high strength, and can be used in applications with high gas velocities.

SoliSlab™ is manufactured into a large spindle into an enormous slab, and through continuous punching, an extremely high fiber interlocking is achieved.

We continue adding new layers until a total thickness of 152 mm is achieved. As a result of the continuous punching of the fiber layers on the spindle, the high fiber index, and the interlocking of our Generation III spinning technology, the fiber logs offer high strength and can be used in applications with high gas velocities.

SoliSlab X-grade uses the latest spinning technology to offer better performance compared to standard fiber logs. With a classification temperature of 1260°C, it is recommended for continuous use up to 1100°C.
