The 356 laser filters withstand the severe abrasion caused by recycled plastic contaminants such as sand, glass, metal. The filters endure extremely high temperatures during production and cleaning processes.
The filtration holes are laser-drilled into special-grade steel and designed for optimal flow through conical-shaped holes, which reduces backpressure and ensures a long service life.

Typical applications

Designed for use where contaminated molten plastic is pressed through the laser-drilled filtration disc.
A scraper or cleaner continuously removes captured contaminants from the disc’s surface and directs them to the discharge system.
