Characteristics
- The boards are light grey, and have smooth, rigid and non-dusting surfaces.
- We offer the following dimensions:
- Standard dimensions: 1000 x 1220 – 1000 x 610 – 1000 x 305 mm.
- Thickness range: from 25 mm up to 100 mm.
- The product composition allows for easy cutting and for the supply of special shapes machined to customer specifications.
- As an option, it can be supplied with a water-repellent treatment on one side.
- Available for 1000-1100ºC.
Typical applications
The boards are designed to be used as back-up insulation of any refractory lining (dense bricks, insulating bricks, concrete, plastic compounds, etc.) for insulating industrial furnaces, stoves, boilers, regenerators and other combustion or high-temperature process equipment.
