Microporous Insulation Panels with Aluminum

The microporous panel is an insulation material with extremely low thermal conductivity, offering excellent insulating properties.
It is primarily composed of pyrogenic silica, opacifiers to reduce infrared radiation, and reinforcing fibers.

Characteristics

  • It can be supplied wrapped in aluminum foil or adhesive aluminum foil. It can also be supplied bare, with plastic film, or non-woven fiberglass fabric, among other finishes.
  • When stored properly in a dry environment, the panel has an unlimited lifespan and does not expire.
  • The material used is not hazardous to human health or the environment according to the European Directive EU2006/1907/EEC.
  • Standard dimensions (mm): 1100 x 700 / 550 x 700 / 550 x 350.
  • Standard thicknesses (mm): 7–10–15–20–25–30–35–40–45–50.

Typical applications

  • Thermal treatment systems for metals, glass, and ceramics.
  • Petrochemical industry
  • Aluminum industry (ladles, furnaces, etc.)
  • Fire protection.
