Cement Secar 51

SECAR® 51 is a hydraulic binder with an alumina content of approximately 50%.

SECAR® 51 is particularly rich in monocalcium aluminate, which provides excellent mechanical properties to mortars and concretes.

Its low iron oxide content, when combined with appropriate aggregates, makes SECAR® 51 highly suitable for concrete exposed to severe working conditions, such as environments with carbon monoxide or other reducing atmospheres.

The rheological properties of SECAR® 51 are well-suited for various placement methods, especially casting and gunning. It is recommended for applications requiring rapid hardening and excellent mechanical performance.

SECAR® 51 contains no additives and is recommended for use in refractory premixes.
